2. The service

The site publishes information about properties for sale and rent, lets you contact our advisors, save and compare properties and create search alerts. Real-estate brokerage is governed by the contract you sign with us, not by these terms.

3. Property information

Prices, areas, photos, locations and other details are for reference only, may change without notice and are not a binding offer. Availability and final conditions are confirmed by an advisor. For safety, the location we show may be approximate.

AI search results and calculators (for example, the mortgage simulator) are for guidance only.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link we send to your email. You are responsible for keeping control of that inbox. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

5. Acceptable use
